We have the ability, as never before to start looking deeper into why chronic illness and disease is so prevalent! Sometimes when you get a glimpse behind the curtain it’s mind blowing!
Everything we eat, breathe and apply to our skin, as well as our environment is creating a toxic build up of unhealthy consequences.
Rounding that out, you have the quality of food that we eat! Between the pesticide residue on fruits and vegetables, to the quality of the seeds and poor soil health, we are fighting an uphill battle! The lies we
have been told by mainstream media and the government regarding diets and what’s healthy, only profit the big pharma that are pushing the media narrative in that direction!
An easy way to simplify our health is to Change the way we think about health. Stop buying into the new meds or new products that poison us as a whole.
Focus on nourishing the body using Whole Foods unprocessed and buy organic! Raw milk, animal fats and grass fed meats! Do your research and source quality meats and veggies or if able grow your own! Staying out of the center isles in the grocery stores is huge! Once you start eating better and slowly eliminating processed foods,
You can then focus on cleaning up your home environment! Using cleaner products and less plastic in your kitchen.
Every change you make towards a greener and healthier you makes a difference!
I heard a podcast recently that mentioned feminism in the 60’s. At that time women wanted out of the kitchen and into the work force! I get that, however what we inadvertently did was put the power into the governments hands by allowing the convenience foods and quick fixes into our lives!
It’s time to take the power back! Women are smart and resilient! Let’s take our power back in the kitchen and feed our families healthy things and not what the latest trends include! There is a lot of research out there regarding food that doesn’t correlate with FDA standards!
